Night Snorkeling Safaris

night-snorkel

If you want excitement and an adrenaline rush like you can't believe and you want to see marine creatures you would otherwise never see during the day, then be sure to get onto one of our Night Snorkeling Safaris. Our personal favourite snorkeling trip

What to expect

After dark and not for the faint hearted, but worth your while! These two-hour snorkeling safaris include almost guaranteed sightings of Octopus, loads of crabs, shrimps and unusual fish species and a highlight for most people, the chance to see corals and the underwater world with UV light, a magical experience

night-snorkel

A lot of the magic of night snorkeling is also finding the many colourful nudibranchs and flatworms that come out after dark, the colours will amaze you....litreally.

We supply special underwater torches (designed for diving and very bright) and any other gear you may require (mask, snorkel, fins) - our night snorkels also take place in VERY SAFE, protected, shallow areas, so you do not need to worry about being swept out to sea or encountering any seriously dangerous animals.

If you're lucky, you may even encounter phosphorescence ....a magical experience  where the water literally glows around you as minute organisms light up on contact / when disturbed. We will take UV lights with us , allowing you to see the incredible world of coral and zoanthids glowing under UV light.
